GEIST South Asian Conclave

6 students of class 9 from Garden High School IISER Kolkata Campus participated in the South Asian Exchange Program & Climate Conclave- 2022, organised by Global Educators’ Initiative for Sustainable Transformation. The conclave was held at Adamas University from 22 December 2022 to 26 December 2022.

Samrat Mukhopadhyay presented a report on “Climatic Conditions in Oceania” in the event named ‘Mock UNESCO’ and won first prize. Ayush Kumar De and Meghmouli presented a poster on “Hydrogen to Arrest Hydro-Wastage” in the group poster presentation event and won first prize. Saraban Bhattacharya, Mohana Nath and Anvita Bhowmik presented a poster on “The Science Behind Sunscreen” in the group presentation event and won third prize.
